Positive: The ambiance with its high ceiling and contemporary upgrade inside the unit.
Negative: The address is a bit confusing. It couldn’t be found in our IPhone Apple map. Me and hubby hate using the google map and rely on the former and it led us to Residences Du at 1531 Robert C. Blakes Sr Dr. The 1531 makes it worse as there is 1531 Building or Unit which we thought was our destination but it wasn’t. We tried punching in the code besides the heavy downpour of rain on our arrival. We struggled to figure it out and the courtyard entrance makes it more difficult. We finally gave up and called the contact number listed in my email while the heavy rain continues and finally made it to the right unit. It was terribly bad!

Positive: The location was safer than expected. Big wooden gate. My car was parked on the street with security lighting and ring cameras.
Negative: The floors were filthy. Pillows and towels are poor quality. Very few cooking utensils and kitchen supplies very limited. The second floor is not insulated. We heard every move the upstairs guests made.

Positive: Loved the tall ceilings and doors! The air conditioner kept us cool (almost too cool). It was a short walk to the street car or the bus stop. Walking distance to restaurants (loved Mr Ed’s!).
Negative: The only parking was street parking. One of the beds was damaged (support under it was broken) and it was noisy and everything rolled to the middle.

Negative: the bed in the front bedroom needs to be replaced , extremely squeaky/noisy when doing absolutely nothing but rolling over ..really the only issue was the bed in the first bedroom & no tv in bedroom as well
